1. 100% Offline & Client-Side Processing
ImageSetu is designed with your privacy as the top priority. The app operates 100% offline and processes all images locally on your device. We do not upload, share, or store your photos, metadata, or personal information on any external servers.
2. Permissions We Request and Why
To provide its core functionality, the app requires the following standard Android permissions:
Camera Permission
Required strictly to allow you to take photos directly within the app using the document scanner or camera tools. The captured images remain on your device.
Storage / Media Permission (Read & Write)
Required to allow you to select images from your gallery for editing, and to save the processed / edited images back to your device's local storage.
3. Data Collection and Tracking
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
Note: The app may use third-party services like Google AdMob that may collect anonymous usage data and advertising IDs to serve relevant ads.
